| High speed train widely use EMU at home and abroad, while existing railway raised to 200km/h level, According to the situation of our state, technically and economically more reasonable passenger traction mode should be EMU and locomotive traction mode co-existed.Using software of multi-rigid-body dynamic SIMPACK,established a six-axle electric locomotive drived by AC. After several structural optimizations, which makes the six-axle electric locomotive model get a reasonable dynamic performance.Linear critial speed reached 500km/h, non-linear critical speed reached 300km/h.According to characteristics of domestic trunk lines,using the German high-speed high-interference and the American track irregularity power spectrum into the time domain random irregularity spectrum, according to the difference of height irregularities, direction irregularities and level irregularities, this text constructed three kinds lines which is good,middle and poor. Analysis and obtained in a straight line that the 200km/h locomotive can pass the German high-speed high-interference railway by speed of 240km/h; pass the sixth American track irregularity rail with the maximum speed of 200km/h; pass the fifth American track irregularity with the maximum speed of 160km/h。When 200km/h electric locomotive pass the curve track, by the guidance force of outer wheel and horizontal force of wheel pair,the greatest harm place of railway is appear on circular curve; The most dangerous place is appear on transition curve, which destoryed by rate of right wheel load reduction and vertical force of right wheel and derailment coefficients of outer wheel; The maximum incidence angle of wheel pair also appears on the transition curve;The reasonable maximum value of superelevation of outer rail is 150mm,gentlelly; Horizontal force of wheel pair and wheel load reduction impact the locomotive performance mostly while passing curve, it reach the speed firstly, which can limit the highest speed of locomotive when it passing the curve.Geometric irregularities of track can make different impact on the performance of 200km/h locomotive dynamic.virtical irregularity of track will make the most impact on the vitical acceleration of locomotive; Directional irregularities has a most impact on the horizontal acceleraion of locomotive and horizontal force of wheel pair;Level irregulatities has a most impact on the the horizontal and vetical acceleration of locomotive;Twist irregularities has a most impact on the horizontal acceleration of locomotive and horizontal force of wheel pair. And thus calculated and obtained the safe management value when locomotive passing the geometric irregularities on the speed of 200km/h. |
