Although China has fifty years of electrification railway management experience, but heavy railway in recent ten years in the rapid development of exposed traction power supply system of safety management in equipment quality, personnel quality, detection means, environmental regulation, management system as the relative lag of serious problems.The paper expounds the heavy railway DAQIN traction power supply system in recent years in the revamping and capacity expansion of what has happened during the operation of malfunction and exposure of the safety problems in the careful analysis, outstanding the reliable importance of traction power supply system and excellent traction power supply capability for heavy rail transport.
