CCD panoramic aerocamera as a reconnaissance equpment is used widely in new tactical air reconnaissance aircraft,and is Precision optical instruments.Compensation system and the Auto-Focusing system is two important components of the aerocamera, and directly affect the image quality of aerocamera,which is the most important indicator of function, Therefore, focusing on the fault diagnosis of the Compensation system and the Auto-Focusing system has very important significance.In this thesis, through researching on the electronic control system of aerocamera,we will design principles of fault diagnosis. Then by researching on the Compensation system and the Auto-Focusing system of aerocamera systems,we analyze the technical indicators that determine whether various functional parts of Compensation system and the Auto-Focusing system of aerocamera can normally work or not, and use this technology indicators as a diagnosis criterion of the Compensation system and the Auto-Focusing system'fault. At last, analoging working conditions of the Compensation system and the Auto-Focusing system of aerocamera to design fault diagnosis system.Fault diagnosis system' design is based on simulation technology.The staff input instructions of falt diagnosis and operating parameters of the object to be diagnosed to the simulation of Main control system,Main control system mobilize the appropriate resources to achieve the compensation system and the focusing system for fault diagnosis. Once appearing fault in the Auto-Focusing system and the Compensation system,the diagnostic system can quickly to determine which functional modules of the Auto-Focusing system and the Compensation system appering fault, Improve the reliability of the aerocamera, reducing the probability of failure occurrence,and avoid huge economic losses caused by some the fault.
