The application of directional benchmark play comprehensive and predominant application foreground in the science and technology movement. Aquiring high precise vertical and horizontal lines need recur to compensation. It can achieve high precise testing benchmark for science experiment and manufacture constructing through applying image stabilizing system to collimator. It can also give convenience to other instruments and make existing achieve higher directional guideline. The research of the structure of image stabilizing collimator can get active effect to existing high precise automatic compensated instruments.Base on the dynamic optics theory, we can establish optical compensation mathematics structures after theory demonstrating and analyzing of image stabilizing collimator. Through analyzing the parameters of the mathematics structures concretely, we can design the structures of image stabilizing systems which is fit for image stabilizing collimator and put up test validation and precision analysis.After testing and analyzing, the precision of the image stabilizing collimator could meet the design requirement demands perfectly. It provides enough technology space for upgrade of system through study of this paper.
