| With the rapid development of our country's economy, the subway is playing an important role in our daily life. Our demand for it is also increasing. Construction of the underground space is now can not meet the requirements of economic development.We develop new subway tunnels must go through the tunnels which have been built. In order to ensure the safety of the old tunnels during the operation of the new ones, we need to monitor the displacement of the pipeline. Though there are all kinds of domestic and international methods to monitor the displacement, but they all have their own disadvantages and can not meet our requirements.This paper chose Shanghai Metro Line 4 as the research object during Line 11 through Line 4.Through the comparison and study for all kinds of monitoring ways ,we design a new ones by the theory based on space geodesy and digital research. This system refers the former methods which detect the displacement by force or laser and then offers a new way to monitor the displacement by digital image processing and rapid data statistical processing based on the use of computer and image sensor.We carried on repeated experiment to verify the performance of the system and proved this system as well as electric level .It is high-precision, real-time and cheap .It effectively improve the existing monitoring methods in the course of problems,and to provide a well-functioning and relatively comprehensive monitoring system for the construction of the tunnel .This text describes the detailed construction of the system and description of current subway tunnels while introducing how to monitor the displacement by optical-computer digital image processor. We resolve software and platform defects, enabling the system to a stable job. The new real-time interactive interface can automatically draw time-related and space-related graphs according to the monitored data .The alarm and auto-tracking technology provide the reliable data for the construction of Line 11. |
