Centrifugal pump is widely used in various industries, with in production, life indispensable mechanical device, the centrifugal pump impeller is an important flow components, the superiority of impeller design directly affects its various performance parameters. This paper based on the CFD technology of the flow field analysis method to centrifugal pump (based on outside qingting pumps (60WUC -2M - 17) - as the research object) internal various complicated flow state to carry out the whole numerical simulation and performance prediction, offsetting centrifugal pump traditional design method for the shortage, centrifugal pump structure and further optimization of laid a foundation.Based on given design parameters are optimized calculation, obtained the impeller set parameters, according to all these parameters Solidworks software is built by using three-dimensional modelling of the impeller port model.This centrifugal pump impeller for incompressible flow within the 3d unsteady turbulent flow of fluid flow. Using FLUENT soft software simulation process in grid software into its own meshing Gambit to solve by SIMPLE algorithm and standards when solving turbulence equation.Through numerical simulation on the impeller, can get its internal flow velocity distribution and stress distribution, and captured some important flow phenomena, such as import have impact loss, etc. Also simulated under different working conditions of pressure and velocity distributions, can be observed in some, like vortex, circumfluence etc of Bad phenomenon.FLUENT simulation model data and reached after the experimental data by master compares embodied in the head, respectively—flow characteristic comparison and shaft power—flow characteristic contrast and efficiency—flow characteristic comparison, reach, no matter in different flow conditions, or pressure speed chart compares the characteristic curves of contrast, rated condition liquid flow most stable, working performance is the best.
