| As people living standard rise ceaselessly and urbanization in China is gradually accelerating, the rapid increase of urban motor vehicle quantities brings traffic jams, parking and environmental pollution problems etc. Park and Ride can optimize transportation structure, saving energy, strengthen environmental protection through making people to use the efficient way of travle.And it is important to ease the traffic jam in the centre of the city,to resolve the parking problems and to ensure the sustainable development of urban future.Firstly,this paper is studying Park and Ride system theory,clearing the relationship between P&R facilities and public transportation and making theoretical foundation for studying P&R facilities layout.Then this paper puts the main factors of P&R system,and also establishes the P&R probability selection model by using logit model.The probability of transfer between various transportation and rail transit is forecasted in this paper.This paper focus on overall design of P&R facilities which includes the type of P&R facilities, layout model and system design.And also it analyse P&R facilities layout according to the characteristic of different cities P&R facilities.The design of P&R facilities which includes public transportation, private transportation, bicycle and pedestrian system is in favour more efficient and harmonious way of P&R.Build parking hubs quality comprehensive evaluation index system,by the analyzing the factor of establishing the parking hubs.Put the comprehensive evaluation of transfer between various transportation and rail transit, according to the fuzzy evaluation method.Finally, in xian city as an example,we poll the P&R system at Metro line 2 Wei Qu station,and then forecast the probability of various transportation and transfer volume.And also make the overall layout P&R facilities in the thought of analysis of land properties near Wei Qu station and neighbouring streets and buildings layout... |
