As the rapid development of science, technology and transport industry, prestressed concrete series rigid frame bridges have been widely applied in recent years with its unique advantage of simple construction, economic cost, reasonable force, convenient analysis, comfort of traffic has been widely used. Especially for high valley, it is playing a primary role in choosing Series high-speed large bay bridge program. Construction monitoring is clearly very important in order to ensure quality and safety of series rigid frame cantilever construction.Construction control methods are mainly divided into two parts:structure analysis and parameter estimation methods. This paper selects the order installation method as structural analysis method in the construction control of series rigid frame bridge; Kalman linear estimation method is selected as a parameter estimation method.Parameter estimation is the key to the bridge construction control. Through the parameter estimation, structure model is modified in real time to achieve the closest to the reality of the state for analysis. This paper focuses on the main design parameters affecting structure linear and internal force in the actual construction, through discreting the Shiwang River Bridge, establishing a reasonable space model of finite element, and selecting the control parameter of the structure:the main beam density parameter for parameter sensitivity analysis, linear and internal forces affecting the structure to obtain the. Author described in detail application of Kalman linear estimation of concrete series rigid frame bridge by editing program Matlab of Kalman filtering method for measurement of field linear and internal forces. Feasibility of this parameter estimation method is achieved. Finally, the limitations of Kalman non-linear evaluation method and direction of further research is pointed out.
