Design And Research On The Xian Meteorological Bureau Office Building

In this paper, the design basis, principle, method and conclusion of the Xian Meteorological Bureau office building are discussed. The design content includes illumination, low voltage distribution and cable installation, trasformer & distribution station and lightning protection & grounding.1.The aim of the illumination design is to select the lighting sources and devices, as well as fix the illumination mode. Utilization factor method is used for calculation and verification of the Luminance.2.Low voltage distribution introduces the method of selection of the low-voltage circuit-breaker and the wire.3.Transformer & Distribution Station is the core content of the project. The number and capacity of the Transformer,as well as the the model of the high-voltage circuit-breaker, are conformed through Load calculation, VAR compensation, calculation of short circuit current.4.Lightning protection & grounding design includes lightning protection level fixation, lightning protection measures, grounding method selection.The design guidelines is the National Electrical Code, and directed by the Electric safety and energy conservation. With the modern mlectrical technology, the illumination, electric transformer and distribution, lightning protection & grounding design is completed.
