Abstract/Summary:
This paper bases on the research content of a missile rudder system of gas thrust vector, uses the numerical simulation method to study the pure gas phase flow and the gas-solid two phase flow around the jet vane, and also studies the aerodynamic characteristics of the jet vane. The main research contents are as follows:1. Established the physical model of the pure gas phase flow around the gas rudder. This paper established the physical model of the pure gas phase flow fields around the jet vane. Given initial boundary, the processing method of the pure gas phase flow around the jet vane based on k-εtwo equations. Analyzes the gas flow under the different rotation angles is presented, and studied the influence of rotation angles and mechanical property.2. Established the gas-solid two-phase flow around the jet vane of the physical model, given initial boundary conditions, studied the model of the gas-solid two-phase flow around the jet vane. The factors about the jet vane such as particle size of the flow around were researched, and the variety regulation of the lift and the drag of mechanics properties with under the different rotation angles were studied. In this paper, we considered the influence of the different rotation angles and the solid particle diameter, and obtained the related gas rudder aerodynamic characteristics. The results of this paper research work have been used for a certain type missile rudder of gas thrust vector control system design and application, and provided reference value for follow-up study provides reference basis.
