Because noise and shock wave threaten the personnel safety,this dissertation evaluates the personnel safety during firing of rocket system to guarantee the safety.All kinds of personnel physiological tolerance including the tolerance of vibration,shock wave,noise and thermal radiation are summarized from the national standards,international standards,national military standards,which is taken as the evaluation standards of personnel safety.The advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of hardware components such as sensors,are stated. The technical parameters of measuring instruments in the experiments of shock wave and noise are determined according to the shock wave and noise specifications for measurement. All kinds of hardware components matching with the test condition are selected from the laboratory equipments to assemble the measurement systems. Besides, matters needing attention of measurement, experimentation specifications,the measuring instruments' shields,location are made definite.Taking the laboratory as the personnel cabin,the paper sets four measuring locations to test the noise of the rocket motor in and out of the cabin,and analyses the noise at the time domin and frequence domin.The noise's pressures at the two location out of cabin are 166 Pa and 106 Pa.The pressures in the cabin are 110 Pa and 90 Pa.Then,the paper evalues the noise subjectively by the digital A-weighted network. The noise in and out of the cabin is 135dB(A),138.7dB(A) and draws a conclusion that the noise of rocket launching exceeds the tolerance of noise in the cabin,and the noise brings the uncomfortable feeling to the personnel,so the personnel must be equiped with the ear protections,and the cabin must be taken measures to prevent the noise reflecting.The paper also measures the pressure and temperature when the rocket is launching at the range,and find the dangerous zones on the measuring platform taking 0.01MPa, 0.001MPa and 500℃,50℃as the bounds which provide the scientific basis for the personnel safety protection.
