Abstract/Summary:
Along with the international crude oil price continuously increasing, the oil gasification process exposed the shortcoming of high production cost, which caused the production enterprise running under deficit. Because the domestic smoke coal resources was rich, and the smoke coal price was approximately 1/4 the heavy oil price, the cost superiority was obvious by replacing the heavy oil with the smoke coal. But the smoke coal cannot be straightly used to this gasification process, and there is not a new technology to use the coal-water slurry in gasification process which was transformed from the existing gasification technology. The investment expense is very high to introduce the coal-water slurry gasification technology. In order to use the existing crude oil gasification equipments, a new technology for synthetic gas production by coal-based multi-component slurry to substitute for heavy oil was proposed and developed.The quality of Shenfu smoke coal was analysis. On the basis of this coal quality analysis and evaluation, coal slurry preparation and slurryability experiments were carried out in the laboratory. At the same time, Shenfu smoke coal mixed with petroleum coke to prepare slurry and slurryability experiments were carried out. The laboratory results showed that: the ash content of Shenfu coal is low, the ash melting point is not high, which is suitable for coal slurry pressurized gasification and slag discharged in liquid. Also, this coal can be mixed with petroleum coke to improve the slurryability. On the basis of the laboratory evaluation, the syngas burning tests were carried out in industrial scale which was prepared by coal-based multi-component slurry pressurized gasification.The technical innovation of coal-based multi-component slurry gasification was carried out on the basis of the industrial burning test. In view of the existing production facilities and characteristics of coal-based multi-component slurry, the technical breakthrough and innovation was carried out, which focused on several key factors influenced the security and stability of production: storage and transportation of coal slurry preparation system, gasification oven feed system, oven fire-resistant lining system, instrument security system, cleaning and cooling system , slag collection and discharge system, black water system, etc. Through continuous technical exploration and transformation, many production problems were solved. The heavy oil gasification process was successfully transformed into coal-based multi-component slurry gasification process, which filled the blank transformation history of this kind of domestic chemical plant.
