Study And Field Test Of Scale Formation And Control In Water Injection Wells

In the exploitation of oil field,as result of deposit scales,the sections of stratumancpipelines are narrower and narrower,the equipments processing capacitydeclining,dissipatior of energy increasing.These bring some damages of natural production tooil field. At present, the Fifth Oil Production Plant uses oil recovery technology of waterinject as a main method to enhance oil recovery,but it is already in the middle or lastperiod.Because of the bad Water quality condition of water injection,it brings severecorrosion and fouling problem to the down-hole mbing strings and pipelines. To solve thescaling problem of the Fifth Oil Production Plant in injection wells,in this paper,we do thefollowing work:1.This paper researches the deposit scale mechanism of the Fifth Oil ProductionPlant．Through the local samples of scale and water of oil field analyzed by experiment, wepoint out that the scale of the formation mechanism according to these analyzes data todetermine the scale sample of the main component.2.Combined the real deposit scale status of oil field, In the field we use a variety ofanti-corrosion tubing, analyze the field application effects, sum up the right type of theanti-corrosion tubing to the Fifth Oil Production Plant3.Use the Hydraulic clear scale technology, pickling technology, spiral scrapertechnology and analysis the field application effectsAccording to the field test of scale formation and control in water injection wells, weresearch the deposit scale mechanism of the Fifth Oil Production Plant, through thecomposition of corrosion and fouling sample,inversion the causes of it.At the basis ofanalysis of water quality,corrosion products and the mine composition of foulingsample,analyze the main reason of corrosion and fouling in different area,and then bring upthe measure of anti-corrosion...
