| With the continuous development of the domestic oil field, oil within the multiphasefluid flow pattern change is very complex, oil gas water three phase flow problems arebecoming more common, leading to the existing production fluid profile testing technologycan not adapt to the new environment for testing. For oil-water two-phase flow in oil wells,existing logging apparatus is capable of accurately measuring downhole fluid flow and watercontent. But for oil-gas-water three-phase flow of oil, although the flow meter and the watercut meter has obvious response characteristics, but the effect of gas phase is inevitable, gasphase is also affecting the production fluid profile logging instrument measuring accuracy of.How to reduce or eliminate the adverse effect of gas phase, and the play has two phase flowlogging equipment, mature technology, for three-phase fluid profile logging has become animportant research subject.This paper designs a type of oil gas water three phase flow gas liquid separation device,the umbrella internal transformation, combination of turbine flow meter and conductivitymoisture meter, developed a type of production profile logging instrument. Use of multiphaseflow measurement system on type of production profile logging instrument were simulatedwell dynamic test. Flow measurements were investigated by using multiphase flow testsystem for still water, oil/gas, gas/water two-phase flow.The experimental results show that, in the pure oil, water in the turbine flowmeterresponse and the fluid flow between the slope of the line nearly equal, when the flow rate of3m3/d, oil and water test point approximately superposed. When the low gas instrumentimprovement effect is ideal, instrument air volume is not applicable. Thus, independent oftype of production profile logging instrument can effectively reduce the oil gas well liquidphase flow rate and water cut measurement effect, can improve the measuring accuracy andthe recovery ratio of oil field. |
