The tested steel of this paper was produced two styles of supermartensite stainless steel through many times of exploration on the basis of supermartensit e stainless steel, through heat treatment parameter optimize the text studying the change of mechanical properties in order to provides the basis for the app ropriate heat treatment technology and by the use of texted equipment SEM,T EM and technology research experiment with steel impact on the performance of the organization.The experimental results show that the tested steel quenching organization is martensite platelet with the rising of quenching temperature martensite beco mes bulky at the quenching temperature850~1100℃. In Crl3and Cr15the s ize of austensite grain are8.3~36.3μm and1.9~74.2μm and on the rising t endency with the quenching temperature rising. At the quenching temperature850~1150℃in Cr13and Cr15the HRC of this tested steel appear drop tenden cy, after quenching the HRC of Cr13steel and Cr15steel are29~34and26~31.0.In Cr13and Cr15tested steel the martensite platelet was resolved at temperin g temperature550~750℃after quenched at1050℃with the rising temperature th e marstensite platelet was resolved more and more fine and then the tempered marsten site was obtained. The obtained tempered marstensite was kept at the direction of orig inal marstensite platelet. The tested steel of Cr13and Cr15was produced revers ed austensite with the rising temperature the content of austensite was increase d before and decreased after and reached the maximum are17.14%and28.04%at the temperature650℃.At the tempered temperature550~750℃after quenched temperature1050℃the tensile strength was drop before and increased after but the elongation of this tested steel was reversed. the tensile strength are870~1070MPa and903.9~1026.1MPa the elongation are10.1~21.2%and15.1~20.44%. The tes ted steel of Cr13and Cr15tensile strength touching the bottom at the tem perature600℃and650℃, the elongation was maximizing at the temperat ure650℃and600℃. At the tempered temperature550~750℃after quenche d temperature1050℃the HRC of Cr15tested steel at the drop tendency. Fro m the temperature550℃to650℃the HRC was decreased from34.2to24.2. The HRC was changed small at the temperature650~750℃. The HRC of Cr13tested steel was droped before and increased after, under the heat treatment technology The HRC of Cr13and Cr15tested steel are25.2~32.4and27.2~34.2.. Under the extent of heat treatment the result of strength and plasticit y of Cr13and Cr15tested steel are reached maximum at the tempered temper ature650℃and600℃after quenched temperature the synthetical mechanics pr operty at the full swing.From the analysis of transmission electron microanalysis the tested steel w as produced reversed austensite present stripshape and diamondshape distribute at marstensite platelet gap and original austensite grain side. The tensile strengt h and reversed austensite content of this tested steel at tempered temperature550~750癈after quenched at temperature1050℃present corresponding relation ship. With the increased reversed austensite content the tensile strength was de creased. The content of austensite was decreased and the tensile strength was i ncreased.the Mechanical properties of Cr15was superior to Crl3and the content of reversed austensite was also more then Cr13under the tempered temperature650℃below after quenched temperature1050℃.
