| Metalloporphyrins are attracted the attention with their unique bioactivity, as well as their different structures with unique properties, especially, the research of water-soluble metalloporphyrins is a hot spot in the past decade. They are widely applied in biology, chemistry, medicine, pharmacy, environmental science, and so on. However, the synthesis and separating conditions still are the bottleneck of the research focus. The systemtic studies have made on the synthesis conditions, separating conditions and characterization of water-soluble carboxylic metalloporphyrins.1. The synthesis conditions, separating conditions and spectroscopy characterization of the5-(4-carboxylic)phenyl-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin (H2CTPP) were optimized. The synthesis conditions were studied on the choice of synthetic method, the solvent, reaction temperature, reaction time, the stirring speed and the post-processing operations. The separating conditions were optimized in the choice of separating method, the packing material of column, the choice and concoction of the eluent, et al. By a series of characterization methods on H2CTPP (such as UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, IR absorption spectroscopy, mass spectroscopy, NMR, etc.), one optimal synthetic route was finally obtained.2. The5-(4-carboxylic)phenyl-10,15,20-tri-(4-sulfonic)phenylporphyrin (H2CTPPS3) was synthesized and spectroscopy characterized, and its synthesis and separating conditions were optimized. The synthesis conditions were studied on the choice of synthesis method, reagents, reaction temperature, reaction time and post-processing operations. The separating conditions were optimized in the separation method, the choice and concoction of the eluent, and the post-processing separating operations.3.The manganese5-(4-carboxylic)phenyl-10,15,20-tri-(4-sulfonic)phenylporphyrin (Mn-CTPPS3) was synthesized and spectroscopy characterized, and its reaction medium, reaction temperature, reaction time and reaction ingredients were optimized, we optimize the synthesis conditions. The separation and purification of this water-soluble metalloporphyrin was studied on the separation methods, the choice and concoction of the eluent, and the post-processing separating operations. |
