Polyether ketone (PEK) resin is a special engineering plastic, the glass transition temperature is 145℃,the melting point is 336℃,and it can be used under 245℃for a long time. Besides the good high-temperature thermo plasticity, PEK also has good wearing resistance, flame resistance and resistance to radiation and chemical resistance.In this thesis CAS and 4,4'-Difluorobenzophenone were used as raw materials, with sulfobenzide as solvent, PEK was synthesized by the nucleophilic substitution reaction in the presence of Na2CO3. through the analysis for the reaction temperature, mixing time and the amount of solvent and other reaction conditions, PEK with mechanical properties, solubility, and other excellent performance was obtained, especially the continuous use temperature was up to 240℃, in particular, BLXW enhanced up to 300℃. PEK synthesized contain sulfobenzide material after cooling,rough and refined materials were obtained through experiment to remove the sulfobenzide and ultimately to get a higher purity PEK.This experiment research isothermal and non-isothermal crystallization conduct of PEK by DSC method, deduce that getting the stable crystal is through isothermal and non-isothermal crystallization in certain cooler temperatures. Avrami equation curve analysis that crystallization can be divided into two process:primary and secondary crystallization. One non-isothermal primary crystallization existence in 3d form, non-isothermal subprime crystallization and isothermal crystallization phase is in 2d form exist. It lays theoretical basis For PEK in-depth study.This experiment was committed to production requirements. A kind of ideal pressing, cooling, crushing integration equipment was designed for resolving irregular shape and high hardness of coarse production crushing and pressing, and was used to solve two bottleneck of the domestic PEK engineering plastic industrial production effectively.
