With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, that people consume the mineral also rises fleetly. In recent years, Mineral resource has become very scanty. With the deep research of a small mine field, people use a traditional way which they booked the weighing of the mine car by hand in the mineral whole weighing process. For the working efficiency increased, we have to find a new method of weighing mine car instead of the traditional way. Using the wireless network to transfer the mine car weighing is proposed. For designing the wireless mine car's data transferring system, this major work done by the following general.By this stage the mainstream of wireless communication technology program analysis and comparison, determine to use the far-range, low-cost, low-power wireless transmission protocol SimpliciTI to organize the whole system. Put forword the module of the whole system.Aim at needs of designing the wireless mine car weighing system, decide to use weighbridge and RFID reader to get the mine car's weigh and data information. Complete the weighing meter and RFID reader task of module select.In the hardware design of the wireless part, determine to use CC2530single chip RF-based module and a concentrator based on ARM920t processor S3C2440to be the control unit. The wireless module transfer the information and weighing of the mine car, and the processor control the display of the LCD, communicate with upper computer. Base on that unit, design the power source circuit, communication interface circuit, LCD circuit and so on. In-depth study the SimpliciTI protocol function modules, system structure and working mechanism, use C language to program the wireless data transferring software in the KEIL. Implemented SimpliciTI protocol in hardware platforms and made the whole system work successful.Aim at the request of the monitor software, decide to use C#language and Microsoft SQL2005data base to finish the designing of whole monitor software in the Visual Studio2005.The results show that the system solution is an easy implementation, low-power, low-cost solution. At the end, it shows that if make the data center communicate with Internet using the cable network, that will be a very extensive application prospect. The short distance wireless communication transfers the data of the mine car. The long-distance communication records the data and to monitor the mine car with cable network. They can complement each other. The system in the field of study to make more complex and laid a good foundation of practice.
