Oilfield water injection pipe network system after long-term use of tube frictionresistance changes, the existing data and standard can provide new pipeline frictionalresistance, can not accurately reflect the actual situation of the pipeline, the pipe networksystem operation condition and initial design condition exists between difference. Oilfieldwater injection pipe network is the role of the water from the water injection station accordingto the production requirements are assigned to different wells, also meet different wells ofwater flow and pressure requirements. As a result of water flooding pipeline is a high pressurepipeline system, the pipeline diameter is relatively small, the transport medium is treatedsewage, pipeline corrosion than other system seriously, and pipeline laying time is longer, sothe pipe friction coefficient has been changed. If the use of laying in the original frictioncoefficient on the actual running of the water injection pipe network system for hydrauliccalculation, pressure calculation results and measured results are not consistent pressure.Therefore, in the actual operation of the pipeline system for hydraulic calculation and analysisof its operating condition, how according to the limited measured data is presumed actualsystem of pipe friction factor, is a topic worthy of study. Along with the modern computerscience and technology rapid development, global optimization method has become theoptimal theory and algorithm research in one of the most important research fields, in whichthe filled function method is developed in recent years is effectively a deterministic globaloptimization method. But because the filled function is target function itself may be complex,and too many parameters, which is difficult to adjust, in practical computation workload isvery big. So the structure is simple in form and with less parameter filled function and make ithave good properties, so as to save the calculating steps and adjust the parameters of time,improve the efficiency of the algorithm.The full text is divided into three chapters. The preface explains the purpose andsignificance of the topic briefly introduced the domestic and foreign development condition aswell as the main content of this article. The first chapter, an overview of global optimization,filled function method and the thought of introducing the method research progress. Thesecond chapter, the basic equation of water flooding system in oil field, solving method andthe water injection system simulation calculation. The third chapter, established frictioncoefficient correction mode optimization model, aiming at the condition of pipe friction factorinversion constraint features simple, suitable for this problem is given a filled function,combined with the actual operation of oil field produced in the operating data, use the filledfunction method for solving the model by friction coefficient.
