The Haituozi area of Jilin oil field is situated in haituozi structure of middle concave inthe south of the Songliao basin, the target stratums are the saertu,putaohua,gaotaizi and thefuyu oil layer, etc. The layer feature is that the clay stone section is long, the formationpressure coefficient is low, and the fracture is developed. Circulation loss occurred frequentlyin the past drilling process. The acute circulation loss could cause the collapse of the claystone section, increase the down hole complex situation. These situations greatly affect theexploration and development of the Haituozi area. At the same time, the abundant circulationloss of the drilling fluids pollutes the reservoir a certain extent, which affects the explorationand development. The circulation loss problem becomes a technique puzzle which restraintsthe oil exploration and development of the Haituozi area in Jilin oil field.This article begins with survey and study, analyses the leakage situation of the Haituoziarea, defines that high-intensity and ultra low density slurry cement well cementationtechnology is used in the slight leakage area, and the particular fiber slurry cement wellcementation technology is used in the grave leakage area. At the same time, the developmentpresent situation and the development tendency of home and abroad of the high-intensity andultra low density slurry cement and the particular fiber slurry cement is comprehendedthrough examining the datum. Based on which the research content and the arrangement areestablished. The sort and the amount to be used of all kinds of additive should be optimizedthrough the laboratory experiment to be used to make up the cement slurry system whichshould meet the build requirement.At the same time, the pilot test is carried on about this cement slurry system. Through thepilot test, the high-intensity and ultra low density slurry cement well cementation techniqueis improved: making the mud pump delivery capacity in the process of the cementingdisplacement more reasonably, and fixing that the well cementation technique which usesbalance pressure to achieve the continuous and variable-displacement displacement is used inthe well cementation work. The mixing technique of the particular fiber slurry cement is alsoimproved: the wet-mixed method should be taken in the site operation, and the relevantmixing technique flow and measure are drew up.The results of the field experiment and popularization and application show that the wellcementation technique which uses the high-intensity and ultra low density slurry cementsystem and balance pressure variable-displacement displacement can completely meet the needs of the cementing work of the saertu layer of the haituozi area and the similar area; theDL-500fiber leak protection and sealing cement slurry system can completely meet the needsof the cementing work of the gaotaizi and fuyu layers of the Haituozi area and the similar area.The well cementation leaking problem in the haituozi area and the similar area is resolvedthrough the field experiment and popularization and application of these two cement slurrysystems.
