The electric furnace process in the production of yellow phosphorus have a by-production contained more than85%(volume) of carbon monoxide, yellow phosphorus tail gas. The carbon monoxide gas can be used to produce C1chemicals for the irreplaceable role. Unfortunatel, the yellow phosphorus tail gas also contains impurities such as hydrogen sulfide, phosphine, which will make the Copper-based catalyst cases to be poisoning and loss activity, and affecting them to be used synthesis of C1chemicals. However, yellow phosphorous tail gases are always treated by burning without a reliable and economic technology for removal the impurity. But this method is not only waste valuable resources carbon monoxide, but also cause the second pollution of the environment. On the face of it, the impurity gases in that yellow phosphorus tail gas is undoubtedly a majorstumbling block for comprehensive utilization.Therefore, depth removal of the impurities in the yellow phosphorus tail gas is both the premise and direction of carbon monoxide in yellow phosphorus tail gas to recycling, which has a very broad prospect. In order to save energy, reduce the production cost of enterprises, more and more method which used to purify yellow phosphorus tail gas in the mixed gas was developed. At present, there are some methods by physical and chemical purification, such as Water washing method, Water washing and alkali wash method, Alkali washing and catalytic oxidation method, pressure swing adsorption process method, Activated carbon adsorption process, and Liquid phase catalytic oxidation method etc. A variety of methods have their characteristics. However, the biochemical role of microorganisms to purify yellow phosphorus tail gas containing hydrogen sulfide, phosphine, which with simple technological condition, low cost, no pollution two, stable performance characteristics, has become a hotspot of research in and abroad. At present, the mature purification method is trickling filter bed for purification of aerobic environment of hydrogen sulfide in gas. But it is not reported about the domestication of desulphurization bacterium and removal phosphine and hydrogen sulfide in carbon monoxide atmosphere.This paper studied at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, with CO reduction atmosphere containing hydrogen sulfide gas on the domestication of collected from Kunming city wastewater treatment plant anaerobic pool of sewage were induced by acclimation. in order to obtain the similar to the yellow phosphorus tail gas from hydrogen sulfide has certain properties of desulphurization bacterium.And the domestication process, system temperature, S2-concentration in water, pH value to affection the ability of the bacterium degradation S2-in water were investigated. The main conclusions are as follows:1) With the carbon monoxide gas containing hydrogen sulfide to induction of domestication of sewage from city wastewater treatment plant anaerobic pool can be obtained hydrogen sulfide with certain degradation ability of desulfurizing bacteria in18~28.5℃temperature range.the optimum activation temperature is about22.8℃. When the water the concentration of S2-is46mg/L, desulfurizing bacteria degradation rate can reach80%and47.77mg/(L·h) degradation rate, The desulfuration bacteria by domestication is suitable growth at neutral and slightly alkaline (pH=6-9) in the aquatic environment.2) When gas exists in the domestication of phosphine, continue to domestication for more than7days, the desulphurization bacterium still maintain a certain activity, similarly adapted in pH=6~9neutral and weak alkaline environment, but its activity from30mg (S2-)/(L·h) degradation rate is reduced to20mg(S2-)/(L·h).3) The domesticated desulfurization bacterium was contented Michaelis—Men-ten equation, when they degrade S2-in water at anaerobic or the carbon monoxide ambience. Among them, the Michaelis constant (Km),78.125mg/L, desulphurization bacterium maximum reaction velocity (Rmax) of238mg/(L-h).4) The desulfurizing bacteria which using hydrogen sulfide carbon monoxide gas domesticationon carbon monoxide gas containing phosphine and hydrogen sulfide sulfur and phosphorus have certain degradation ability. But the existence of phosphine to desulphurization bacterium decreased the activity of many, then after8days of adaptation, the desulfurizing bacteria on carbon monoxide gas containing60-70ppm phosphine removal rate can reach about6.6%, that is say the desulphurization microorganism populations may use phosphine as its growth and phosphorus source.
