China is the world's largest citrus acreage, with the development of fruit processing industry, resulting in the huge resources of Orange, but it is serious waste and caused enbironmental pollution,so it is urgent to comprehensive utilizate.There are lots of uses of pectin,such as gelling, emulsifying, thickening stability, and safe non-toxic.So it is widely used in food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and other industries of domestic and international. But the factories of domestic dependent on the imported seriously. The content of pectin in orange peel isin the first place of all the plants.Besides the extraction process is simple, the cost of pectin extraction conditions is very low. Extracting pectin from orange peel is the preferred use of the hesperidin resources and increase their added value.(1) Using peel of orange as the material,three methods of meterialpre-tre atment acid treatment,boiling water blanching and high-temperature drying-out tare were compared. And the indexes were concluded of pectin yield,GA%, viscosity and DE%. The results showed that the effect of acid treatment is best.Through vactor analysis method and orthogonal experimental,the optimal process conditions were shown as follwes:ratio(solid:liquid)1:3(V:V),single processing time is15min and treatment for3times.(2) Through vactor analysis method and orthogonal experimental,the optimal process conditions were shown as follwes:ratio(solid:liquid)1:25(m:V), extracting solution pH1.7,extracting temperature85℃extracting time100min,and the resulting extraction yield was21.816%.Determine AB-8macroporous resin optimum flow rate of120ml/h; seven times when the use of color removal and yield stability, the number of more than33times, the need for resin regeneration experiments, the decolorization rate of61%or more.Ethanol precipitation of the optimum conditions for pectin extract with the consumption of ethanol volume ratio of1:2, alcohol precipitation the pH value of3.5.(3) The content of Galacturonic acid, the determination of pectin degree of esterification, the pH value, loss on drying and ash parameters, were all met the requirements of GB.
