with the development of market economy in China, and the implementation of'vegetable basket project"in city, the scale and intensive breeding industry enjoy an unprecedented development. At present, large scale of breeding industry wastewater has become the main source of rural non-point source pollution.4S-MBR as a kind of new wastewater treatment technology, it has reflected the extraordinary achievement in domestic sewage treatment. Therefore, this article was based on4S-MBR processing was used to treat the pretreatment breeding wastewater, through to the4S-MBR equipment of the field engineering commissioning, analysis the start-up condition of4S-MBR equipment and the treatment rate of the pollutants in breeding wastewater.the result of the research was concluded in the following:(1) the early period of start-up,after4S-MBR sludge-seeded, and the removal effects of the COD,SS,TP three pollutants in breeding wastewater treatment are ideal,are85%,99.9%,70%, but the removal effects of the NH3-N, TN two pollutants in breeding wastewater treatment are0,and low temperature has great effect on the start-up of equipment,especially to the cultivation of the denitrifying bacteria and ammonia nitrogen removal effect;(2) Keeping the concentration of COD,NH3-N,TN,TP,SS in inflow are1000mg/L,250mg/L,350mg/L,17mg/L,1000mg/L, different water temperature fields (T<10℃,10℃<T<1℃)has different influents on removal effects,and high temperature is better than low temperature;(3) As the water temperature elevated(15℃<T<20℃),4S-MBR has good remove on COD, SS, TP three pollutants in breeding wastewater, in which,the concentration of COD in outflow is150mg/L,its removal rate is85%;TP is about6mg/L,removal rate is78%,and SS is blow5mg/L,removal rate is near to100%,but the removal effects of the NH3-N, TN two pollutants in breeding wastewater are near0;4S-MBR was sludge-seeded secondly, the removal rate of NH3-N and COD have a great improvement, especially the removal efficiency of NH3-N from0quickly rose to more than95%in two weeks, and the effluent NH3-N fall to10mg/L,and CODcr,BOD5. NH3-N,TP,SS in outflow were89.81mg/L,10.50mg/L,1.17mg/L,7.28mg/L,1.00mg/L,superior to the national livestock and poultry waste water discharge standards;(4) overall,4S-MBR has a good treatment effect on TP, and analysis the phosphorus removal in system which is achieved not only by traditional biological phosphorus removal but also mainly through the phosphorus gasification transfer to the atmosphere, that is, through the gasification phosphorus removal of realization.(5) There are many problems which will be meet in the actual process of4S-MBR, such as the bubble, crystallization and scaling, effluent turbidity and so on, and the solution of these problems are need observation and analysis in fields.
