In this paper, TPEE foaming sheets were prepared through meltingreaction in the single-screw extruder. The effects of formulation andprocessing on TPEE foaming structure and product performance were alsostudied. Conducted a preliminary industrial scale experiment.Considered the low melt strength of TPEE, SEBS/g/MAH(maleicanhydride grafted SEBS) was prepared using melting reaction with twin screwextruder. The melt strength of TPEE was improved through BlendingModification. When the SEBS-g-MAH content was6phr, the melt flow rateof TPEE decreased by26.24%, and the melt strength increased by45.6%, thefoaming effect was significantly improved. The thermal stability of materialalso improved after blending. When the SEBS-g-MAH content reached6phr,the pore size within the30-150μm range was more than70%, the obturatorrate was high, and apparent density and compression set was small.Then, discussed the effects of AC foaming agent, nucleating agent anddispersing agent on fomed TPEE. When the AC, TiO2and EVA wax contentswere0.7phr,3phr and1phr, the foaming effect was best. Using EVA resin ascarrier, AC foaming masterbatch was prepared. In order to improve the UV aging resistance of TPEE foaming products,carbon black masterbatch was prepared using SEBS-g-MAH as carrier. Studya variety of dispersing agent on dispersion of carbon black masterbatch inStudied the effect of variety of dispersing agents on dispersion of carbon blackof TPEE film. When EVA wax content was10phr, the film blackness was0.42, the dispersion effect was best.Studied the influence of processing conditions on of TPEE foamingpropertie. When using Pin screw,under compression ratio of3:1, L/D of25,screw speed set60r/min, die mold temperature set170℃, extrusion backpressure was10.5MPa, the surface of fomed TPEE was smooth, and the cellsize was uniform,evenly distributed. Under such conditions, expansion ratioof foamed TPEE reached1.62,tensile strength was6.54MPa, compression setwas14.68%, the foaming properties was excellent.In the end, on the basis of studies, designed a preliminary industrial scaleexperiment industrial65Screw system, got the foam sheet of12.25mmthickness by suing a10mm-die thickness foam mold, the thickness increasedby22.5%, the expansion effect was excellent.
