In the process of modern agricultural production and life, with the overuse of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, lower use efficiencies of wastewater from livestock farm and Village Life Sewage which caused by the agricultural non-point source pollution(ANPSP), has became one of the main courses of rural ecological environment deterioration in China. Compared with the point source pollution, The ANPSP has some characteristics, such as strong randomness, complicated causes, the long latent cycle of pollution, so the management is relatively difficult. How to explore a high efficiency, low cost, sustainable wastewater treatment technology is a important direction to the world's environmental treatment. To a developing country such as China, it has more important meaning.Based on reading a lot of existing literature data and research achievements about the ANPSP and the constructed wetland, the paper summarized the research progress of artificial wetland technology in farm runoff, livestock farm and village life sewage at home and abroad in recent years. To proposed construction methods and design solutions from controlling ANPSP of artificial wetland. By updating and improving the database of artificial wetland, it offers more reasonable design parameters for Chinese future treatment of ANPSP in constructed wetland.(1) Start with the causes, types, and ways of ANPSP, to discuss the urgency of the agricultural non-point source pollution's treatment in this thesis. Through the analysis and comparison of ecological engineering different management measures of the ANPSP, it found that, compared with the others, wetland sewage treatment technology is more extensive applicability and more suitable to rural development of china's basic national conditions.(2) From the general theory of man-made wetlands'purification, through the research of wetlands'types, building futures, the paper advocated construction ways of artificial wetland. When artificial wetland system is in construction, it can accord to the different characteristics of water pollution, and from the selection of artificial wetland site, pretreatment system structures, wetland technology type, the collocation of man-made wetland buildings and plant variety, landscape creation and other sides, constructs a optimization system of wetland adjust measures to local conditions system as circumstances permit.(3) Through the analysis of the ANPSP's pollution characteristics, summed up the purification for ANPSP in sewage of artificial wetland construction mode. To control the ANPSP, in developing a design, firstly it should be make sure the characteristics of ANPSP sewage and analysis the main patterns of water pollution. And the unit type and combination process of water pollution control system is chose based on the results. Then optimizing purified system of wetland is developed by different establishment techniques of landscape, such as the design parameter of wetland, the building of wetland, the ways of choosing plants. Finally, it can through various ways of landscape construction, combination with wetlands structures. The wetland will meets purified wastewater of ANPSP; meanwhile it also constructs a landscape system with ecology, nature, and diversity.(4) Finally, through local investigation in Tangyin country, it verifies the countermeasures concluded from this article into the design of typical plot in water conservation of the Lute temple's reservoir in Henan province. This offers not only scientific design method and basis for water conservation of the Lute temple's reservoir in Henan province, but also appropriate design methodology for our future agricultural non-point source pollution in how to construct a wetland system.As environment-friendly ecological management technology, wetland has merit in low investment, good effect, simple operation, low cost for maintenance and operation. And how to build the optimization wetland system is an important field in today's research, at the same time, it is the basic approach that can be more affective in purified non-point resource pollution of water.
