Compact spinning technology is a new ring spinning technology, which is designed to solve the problem of twisting triangular of ordinary ring spinning. Among them, four-rollers negative pressure type compact spinning make 70% of the total use of compact spinning, according to a leading position in the market. Cluster analysis of flow field distribution in study on negative pressure type of compact spinning technology research has been a focal point and difficult point, especially the use of computational fluid dynamics methods have made many great discoveries, but on the four-rollers band in negative-pressure compact flow field of study has yet seen. Air flow guiding device role is to improve the performance and energy saving and consumption reduction of yarn, only Rieter mesh rollers-compact system with this device. For this, this paper using computational fluid dynamics methods, adding four-rollers vacuum-gas-flow guide device of compact spinning system field of theoretical study on the flow field, optimum design theory laid the foundations for the actual system.This paper mainly studies the airflow guide problem of four-roller compact spinning system in compact area. The research method is that with the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, distribute the flow field in compact area, again through the experiments of simulation for the calculation of the theoretical analysis is verified.Specific study content is as follows:Set the 3D physical model of the airflow guide device in four-roller compact spinning system based on Gambit, import Fluent, into the mathematical model, and numerical simulation; Characterization and analysis of numerical simulation calculation results through the post-processing software, get air distribution rule of compact area three dimensional flow field;The simulations are not the airflow guide device and has the compact area flow field of the static pressure and velocity distribution, comparative analysis of air orientation device compact area flow field influence; Static pressure and velocity of flow field in the compact area distribution simulations of airflow guide device the different installation position, analyzes the influential of compact area flow field; Discusses the application effect of the airflow guide device, combined with the simulation results, draw the conclusion through the trial spinning.Combining the theoretical simulation results and practical spinning test we can draw the following conclusions:The simulation results show that: the range of negative effect main concentrated in the area near the Suction chute. nearer to the suction chute, the speed becomes more and more fast;,Away from the suction chute, speed reducing gradually become smaller. on the suction chute center line, speed reaches a maximum level.Compared with have no equipped with an airflow guide device, the four-roller compact spinning cluster area after equipped with air guide device, the negative effect of action area of the strand cluster direction obviously expansion, speed increasing; Increase max negative pressure around 12.5%, negative-pressure increase in the utilization of 7.14%;The ability of airflow becomes better the utilization rate of negative effect is more high; The effect of agglomeration is more obvious. In the different area of air flow guiding device, the static pressure of agglomeration place and the air flow distribution are different. The more lower of air flow guiding device, maximum negative pressure of the entrance of suction chute is more high, the speed is more fast in the strand cluster direction; But spinning experiment proved that: If air flow guiding device installation location that is too small, the yarn over the thick, air flow guiding device would interfere with the normal spinning rather than yarn performance indicators reduced. Therefore different linear density of yarn spinning, the best air flow guiding device installed in different locations.
