| PAM waste water was one of difficult problems in oil watertreatment.Especially ,there were lots of difficult compands which were so poisonousand noisomethat was impossible to be degradated.Generally,rejecion was commonlyway oftreatment in the oil field that can meet the need of high permeable oil field andotherwaste water .For the benefit of balance of water supply and reuse , how toimprove thereuse of the water was the key problem of the important things.This paper research contented mainly in the condition of laboratory,researches onPAM simulation water were done to determine the facotors such as frequency andpower of ultrosonic-sound,pH,temperature and add of H2O2,On this basis,thesametreatment was done to the oil water to improve the degradation of the pollutantsin water through the texting index: oil content,CODCr and the degradation efficiencyof PAM and the results were as follows:In the research of PAM simulation water,the aim was to establish best reactionconditions by lots of experiments:frequency and power of ultrosonic-sound,pH,temperature and add of H2O2;59KHz,135w, reacting 5 hours in the roomtemperature.The result of PAM removal reached to 99.84%.In the research of oil water, frequency,power and time were also to beestablished.The result of removal oil reached 98.96% and CODCr reached to 204.Compared with the simulation water,in lower frequence,the result of treatment wasmuch better.Another result was that the biodegradable of oil water was improved afterultrosonated.The best technology was:ultrosonic and biological treatment includinganaerobic and oxygen ways,the final effluent met the standard of rejection of lowpermeable oilfield and two levels to discharge the standard. |
