The major contamination bacterial detection was conducted at the starch workshop and each starch processing links of Guangxi Mingyang Biochemical Technologies Inc. The results showed:Four types of bacteria were detected at the starch workshop, including Erwiniaamylovora, Lactobacillus, Flavobacterium and Pseudomonas. The Erwiniaamylovora were dominat bacterial colonies.A large number of bacteria was detected in the circulating water and centrifuge powder in the microbiological tests of each processing links. The bacteria of the circulating water resulted in much more bacteria in elevated tank. The lactobacillus were dominat bacterial colonies.A HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) project for microbiological monitoring in cassava starch production was established. The sterilization of the cassava starch workshop, raw material checking, cassava magma bacteriostasis, dilution drums and elevated tank bacteriostasis, the sterilization of pipeline and magma tanks were confirmed as critical control points, critical limits, monitor procedures corrective actions were established, as was that the safety and quality were improved.
