| With the social and industrial development, a large number of domestic sewage and industrial waste water discharged into rivers and lakes, these waters include of large of heavy metals, mostly heavy metals enter into our body through drinking water bioaccumulation and food chain, etc. Ultimately harmful to our health. So quantitative analysis of heavy metals in the environment and food have great significance. This paper describes several methods commonly used in heavy metal detection, and take them compared and analyzed; focus on analysis the working principle of the more popular electrochemical analysis and advantages of this method. According to the project research tasks, focus introduce the overall heavy metal-online detector design ideas, working principle, design of circuit and device selection of each module, finally, a brief description of the software design of the instrument. At last, we have the performance of the prototype instrument tested, used Three-electrode system in the experiments, chose Glassy Carbon electrode coated mercury as our Working Electrode, chose Ag/Agcl electrode as our Reference Electrode, chose platinum electrode as our Auxiliary Electrode, used linear scan anodic stripping voltammetry. The experiments carried to measure the contain of Cd,Pb,Cu, we optimize the parameters of the electrochemical experiment, analyzed and discussed the experimental results, at the same time, we test the durability of mercury electrode, also draw standard curve of Cd,Pb,Cu, finally, at last we carried out the experiments to test the repeatability of the detector. At the end of this paper, I evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of the instrument. |
