From pure function of cold warm to power symbol and the aesthetic needs, every step of the development is accompanied by its attributes changes, such as structure, style and color. Visible, the function of clothing has an important and far-reaching impact on the additional properties.Although the origin of clothing is in very early human primitive society, but the full and free development, especially the development of the design is started in modern time, and then has a quickly and system development. In this rapidly developing process, the function of clothing mainly differentiated into two, One is that the human body can adapt to changes of the natural environment, one is to make the human can adapt to changes of the social environment. Both of them are very important in modern clothing, but to most people, the clothing's natural function is more important than its social function. Because without its natural function, the social function will lose the depend and is nothing. However, the main performance of the natural properties of clothing is comfort, that's why People have always attached great importance to and focused on the clothing comfort research.In the clothing comfort, thermal and moisture comfort is one of the important aspects. The research on the thermal resistance and moisture resistance research of clothing and fabric has never stopped. From the measurement method to the measure standard, from the simple study on single fabric to the complex research on multi-layer clothing's comfort, from the separate study on thermal resistance and moisture resistance to the interactive influence research of the both, in all these aspects and fields there are scientists and scholars have made corresponding achievements and patents. Recent years, in the more liberal science environment, there is a large number of related research achievements. This paper based on the theory and Practice achievements of the predecessors in this field, under the condition of the full heat resistance and moisture resistance theory and reasonable mathematical model, it has a comparatively deeper research on not only fabric's thermal resistance but also on fabric's moisture resistance. The main conclusions are as follows:Thermal field:1. Based on the study of Tang xian fan and Zhou liang, a follow-up study on a new fabric thermal resistance instrument which is called symmetric flat instrument is made. This paper select more species of fabric to verify the new instrument's performance, and finally get to the experimental result that the symmetrical flat instrument is stability and accurate.2. The apparatus' temperature error has been further corrected, further from the influences on test result;3. YG606E type fabric thermal resistance measurement instrument and Sweating flat instrument are used on the same material experiments, and the experimental results and symmetric flat instrument the experimental results are compared and analyzed, to draw the relevant conclusions;Moisture resistance field:1. According to the moisture resistance theory to design a method for measuring fabric moisture resistance;2. According to the new method to design a set of experiment scheme, choosing many different fabrics to experiment, then get the experimental result;3. The compared experiment was carried, using sweating flat instrument and the same fabrics, and then the experimental results were analyzed;4. Through theoretical and experimental verification, the new method is feasible and correct conclusion. |
