In this work, the novel Fluorine-containing Epoxy Vinyl Ester Resin(FMFE) was prepared and the chemical structure of FMFE was confirmed by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The preparation has two steps. First, the fluorine-containing epoxy resin(FEP) was prepared by BPAF, ECH and PTC catalyst. The results showed that The ratio of BPAF and ECH was 1:7 and Temperature was 75℃. The epoxide equivalent of the production was about 260 and degree of polymerization was about 1.15. Second, the fluoring-containing epoxy vinyl ester resin (FMFE) was prepared by FEP, MAA, FA and PPh3 as catalyst. The results showed that Gel-phenomenon can be avoided if the temperature of MAA was 115℃and FA was 95℃. The acid value of production was below 10mg/g KOH.The curing kinetics of the resin was studied by non-isothermal DSC as Kissinger model. The results showed that the apparent activation energy of the resin was 3.99kJ/mol. The best curing condition was determined.The anti-corrosion property was studied by comparing mechanical property before and after exposing in corrosion medium. In this paper, H2SO4, NaOH and toluene represented three kind of corrosion medium. After testing tensile strength and bending strength, the results showed that the fluorine-containing resin has better mechanical property than the non-fluorine. The corrosion mechanism was preliminary studied in different corrosion medium. Through this way, we can improve the corrosion resistant property of the resin in the future.
