The subject of "study on agricultural and forest wooden resource power under super high pressure mold forming press machine" is putted forword for responsing the priority theme of《National Program for Medium-to-Long-Term Scientific and Technological Development (2006-2020)》 agricultural field " Comprehensive development and utilization of agricultural and forestry biomass", adapting the technology of metallurgy warm compaction forming and artificial board heat forming theory,adopting pressure that10times higher than artificial board heat forming (such as100MPa) to produce high density,heavy toughness products under super high pressure rely on agricultural and forest leftovers.Based on the need of wooden power mold forming technology (temperature,pressure,time) under super high pressure and Comprehensive consider of forming efficiency,energy saving,production precision, this subject divide into five parts: frame structure,hydraulic control system,electrical control system,monitoring system,forming mould and heating device. For the restrain of pages and time, this paper only state on the first four parts.(1) Frame is designed in a structure of three beam and four pillar. Designed and drawed some parts(upper beam,Slide block,working table, column,guide sleeve) and applyed Pro/ENGINEER to assembly and simulation in the structure system.(2) Adopting the project of cartridge valve is to satisfy the need of high pressure in hydraulic system.Rely on the general project, designed and drawed the structure of cylinder and extrude cylinder; designed hydraulic system principle picture and then analysing main action of cylinder and extrude cylinder; apply AMSim software to approve the reason of hydraulic system;(3)Rely on the action rule of hydraulic system, I designed the electrical control system with project of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)&IPC (Industrial Personal Computer). As the up-layer machine, IPC monitor and manage the whole system; as the down-layer machine, PLC manage the actuator to execute more fluently.Designed the hardware of PLC,diagram of electrical principle,PLC program diagram and selected the I/O device.(4) Apply WinCC (Windows Control Center)software to design monitoring system.Design process monitoring picture; Build real time pressure curve.
