Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid economic development and improvement of people's livingstandards, the urbanization process continues to accelerate in China, and broughtwater pollution and the worsening water shortages. Rainwater resources as a part ofthe water resources, has not yet attracted enough attention by people, resulting in alarge number of rainwater resources "draining away". While its non-point sourcepollution is caused by the degree of serious, import water is causing deterioration ofthe environment of major water bodies. At present, non-point source pollution and road water problems are caused byhardening of the urban road. It has already begun to pay attention at home and abroad. It takes the appropriate measures to address these rainwater problems, and has madesome achievements. Land treatment system because of its low cost, simple operation, and in situ processing, is a feature-based approach dealing with stormwater runoffpollution, but also has some shortcomings, which need to be made improvements infuture research. In this study, the removal of Kunming road stormwater runoff pollutant andusing stormwater resources as our goals, the sunken green deals with stormwaterrunoff pollutants and recycling rainwater for irrigation of green space, road spray andlandscape waterpurpose. This study is divided into small scale and on-site in twostages. The small test in the laboratory simulates the field environment. We have filledwith four different soil columns. By analysis of the nature of the soil, the soiltreatment system manual configuration stormwater runofffor, we conclud that a smalltest results proved the soil treatment system has a removal efficiency for organicpollutants, nitrogen and phosphorus. But there are some problems for the systemprone to blockage causing the slow speed of rainwater infiltration, andmicroorganisms in the soil in the role of weak lead less effective in nitrate removal. On the basis of small pilot, field test further demonstrated that the road stormwaterrunoff pollution concentrations over time gradually are reduced, and green plants onthe absorption of inorganic salts of nitrogen in phosphorus and other nutrients to the removal of pollutantsplay an important role. From the control sources of pollution Toreduce pollution from sources of pollutants is effective measures. From small scale and field trials, we research that soil and green processingsystem removes the road stormwater runoff pollutants, and it can provide a basis ofinformation and technical support for future practical applications. Future researchcan be taken to further improve in its shortcomings, with more effective of usingrainwater.
