The heat-resistant release base paper is the main raw material for manufacturing the heat-resistant release paper, mainly used to improve the property of heat-resistance. The heat resistant paper is used to make high temperature resistant stainless steel isolation paper, different temperature requirements synthetic leather, and artificial leather and so on. The foreign's release paper technology began development rapidly, and the property of it is very good. But domestic technology growing slowly did have very low-grade properties for their release paper, such as heat-resistance, reuse times, and peel strength and so on. The aim of this thesis is to provide a high temperature resistant release base paper at 180~200℃has good heat resistance performance and its preparation method, which lowers cost, and helps environmental protection and other purposes.The preparation process and method of the heat-resistant release base paper is mainly studied in this thesis. The effects of the amount of sizing agent, inorganic heat-resistant, heat-resistant strength agents and organic heat-resistant additives on the heat-resistant properties are analyzed and discussed. The pulp, inorganic heat-resistant additives, wet strong agent and other basic paper agents were placed in the fiber separator to be scattered. The wet paper sheets are obtained from a vacuum forming machine, squeezing the wet paper in oil hydraulic press, then drying in vacuum drying machine, and afterwards sizing and muti-layer coating on paper surface to obtain the heat-resistant release base paper.Through experimental research, analyzed and optimized, the optimal preparation conditions were achieved of heat-resistant properties of heat-resistant release base paper. When the paper baisis weight is 130 g/m2, wet strong agent TH-P50 content is 0.3%, sizing agent AKD content is 0.65%, inorganic heat-resistant additives content is 8%, heat-resistant strengthening agent content is 1.25%, the ratio of organic heat-resistant additives SR6 and SR9 is 2:1 and the total amount to 15g/m2, the ratio of release agent SR3 and SR5 is 5:3 and the total amount to 10g/m2,the heat-resistant and physical properties are the best of heat-resistant release base paper.The analytical results of mechanism on preparing the heat-resistant release base paper show that there is a heat-resistant film on the fiber surface, when the paper was heated under the temperature between 180℃and 200℃, the inorganic heat-resistant additives can absorb heat, the methyl and phenyl of the organic heat-resistant additives decomposed that prevented the fiber thermal degradation.
