| In recent years, China's food industry maintained a rapid growth, and promote the significant development of food machinery, but domestic food machinery growth rate is far lower than the food industry growth, most of the advanced equipment or need to be imported, and in recent years the food machinery import rate presents the fast growth the tendency, causing a lot of money out of our country, hindered the development of the domestic economy. So we should correctly understand the gap and the situation, and to take strong measures to improve food machinery technology level, especially the new product research and development ability, improving the competitiveness of the whole industry has become China's food machinery industry important strategic question. This paper mainly to the virtual design and manufacturing of cartoon food processing equipment's key technology for the research, the technology of virtual design and manufacturing in the present product development process, application more and more widely, can effectively shorten cartoon food processing equipment development cycle, reduce production cost, improve product quality.This paper introduced in simple cartoon food processing equipment in the foundation, the union cartoon food processing equipment to the virtual design and manufacturing technology of the product structure modeling, virtual assembly sequence planning and finite element technique for research.
