The thesis discussed the experimental analysis of extrusion finishing mechanism, the orthogonal experiment is faced squeeze pressure and squeeze the relationship between process parameters. More and more demands for surface finish quality are made by human in modern machinery industry. It is asked not only good surface-roughness, but also high wear resistance,high corrosion resistance,high fatigue resistance and so on. Extrusion cutting is one of special cutting processes. It can not only improve machining efficiency and cut off machining cost, but also enhance machining accuracy and amend surface finish quality. Researching the Mechanism for extrusion cutting on metal surface is very significant for making progress in our country manufacturing industry.In this paper, the knowledge about the metal cutting theory,the elastic-plastic theory,tribology and the science of metal surface was used to describe and research the features of extrusion cutting force,cutting heat and cutting temperature. And the cutting force equation also was set up, under the consideration of the effect of cutting heat. The thermal-elastic-plastic coupled finite element extrusion cutting equation was built up, which based on the large deformation finite element principle and updated lagrange equation. The extrusion cutting model was predigested correctly via neglecting properly some subordinate factors. Furthermore, the friction and interaction of the tool and the work piece was initially studied, the two dimension orthogonal extrusion cutting simulation model was founded too.In order to squeeze the head radius and extrusion depth and other parameters on the extrusion process, the design of the extrusion head radius, different extrusion depth, different extrusion speeds and different extrusion feed orthogonal pilot program established in accordance with the test squeeze pressure, squeeze the hot extrusion temperature and tool wear characteristics and laws. In order to identify factors affecting the extrusion process, obtained after the extrusion process the surface roughness, hardness and squeeze the relationship between the parameters and laws on this basis. By orthogonal test indicators measured data, the sequential relationship of the extrusion process to affect the factors to identify the optimal solution; in repeated tests on the basis of the validation of the optimal solution. Verification results show that the surface after extrusion-roughness and the best programs are expected to match the expected error of surface hardness and the optimal solution. But the squeeze pressure and frictional heat of the angle of the direction of future research.
