Abstract/Summary:
Following the social development of the science and technology, mechanical equipment improve continuously, super thin-long type of stem is application more and more widely. It is essential of the material foundation for the importance of the economic value and strategic value of a national economic development and modernization process. But the thin-long rod parts processing is backward relatively, most enterprise still used the ordinary machine tool for processing the thin-long rod parts by parts. This technology not only is bad, low efficiency, but also has higher request for the operator, and easy to make the work produces scrap. Therefore, this paper designs a super thin-long rod key slot milling special machine tool which has good process performance and it can improve the machining quality and efficiency.In the super thin-long rod key slot milling machine design process, it is researched the part of the thin-long rod key slot and understood the part's process features, used the method of combining the theoretical analysis and experimental test method to design the machine tool's dynamic characteristics. This part mainly aims the relatively weak part's dynamic characteristics of the machine tool (machine bed and parts) analysis: in order to optimize the structure of machine bed, this paper has to analysis the machine tool bed's dynamic characteristics which is analysis the bed's low natural frequency and the formations of vibration, analyzes the bed's dynamic characteristic of the measured data with the theory of the dynamic characteristics. Then contrast the results of the finite element method and the results analysis of the experiment. It can get a conclusion that the two results are the same basically, the paper is accurate. In order to prevent the resonance occurrence and affect the precision and quality of the processing, this paper has to analysis the part's dynamic characteristics which is analysis the part's low natural frequency range. Then calculate the vibration frequency of the milling cutters. Comparing the part's nature frequency and the vibration frequency of the milling cutting, through the analysis of the dynamic characteristcs and optimize the performance to find if the machine performance improved to a certain requirements.Through the dynamic characteristics of machine design and optimization and the experiment method validate the machine tool's reliability of the dynamic characteristics. Design the machine tool's specific structure. Then complete the overall design of machine tools.Last, there is a cutting experiment for the thin-long rod key slot milling machine's bed. It can get a conclusion that machine processing efficiency is quite high and operation is stable and reliable. The machine reach the using requirement for the company in Tianjin. The milling machine has been used in production successfully.
