Cytochrome P-450, a kind of monooxygenase containing hemoglobin, is the only bio-enzyme in vivo whose core structure of activity center is metalloporphyrin complexes realizing the convertion the functional groups of hydrocatbons. Therefore, metalloporphyrin can be used to catalyze the activation of molecular oxygen under mild conditions mimicking the monooxygenase of cytochromes P-450, so as a kind of bionic catalyst, metalloporphyrin showed a huge potential applicational value in the oxidation of hydrocarbons.In this paper,we focused on how to simulate catalytic function of cytochrome P-450 enzyme, prepared varities of supported metallodeuteroporphyrin derivatives. Metallodeuteroporphyrin derivatives were prepared from metallodeuteroporphyrin and metallodeuteroporphyrin-IX-dimethyl ester and polyethylene glycol, mesoporous molecular sieves, kaolin, silica, chitosan were used as supports for preparation of corresponding supported metallodeuteroporphyrin derivatives.Then, target products were characterized by means of FT-IR,SEM, XRD, ect. Finally, the catalutic porformance of supported metallodeuteroporphyrin derivatives were studied in the oxidation of cyclohexane with air.The contents of this thesis are presented as follows.(1) Preparation of metallodeuteroporphyrin derivatives. Deuteroporphyrin and deuteroporphyrin-IX-dimethyl ester and corresponding metallodeuteroporphyrin derivatives were efficiently prepared with hemin as the starting material, through the simple steps.(2) Preparation of supported metalodeuteroporphyrin derivatives.Five kinds of material as supports were used for preparation of supported metalodeuteroporphyrin derivatives by physical or chemical methods, which were polyethylene glycol, mesoporous molecular sieves, kaolin, silica, chitosan. Prepared supported metalodeuteroporphyrin derivatives were characterized by means of FT-IR,SEM, XRD, ect.(3) Studies of catalutic porformance of supported metalodeuteroporphyrin derivatives. Supported metalodeuteroporphyrin derivatives as catalysts were used for the oxidation of cyclohexane with air.Their catalytic activity, selectivity and reusability, and relationship between them and structure and properties of metalodeuteroporphyrin derivatives and supports were studied.
