| By discussing the synthesis of TEX, we designed a route for the synthesis of the cage compound 3,5,12-trialkyl-3,5,12-triazawurtzitane. And then we proposed a route for the synthesis of 3,5,8,10,11,12-hexabenzyl-3,5,8,10,11,12-hexaazawurtzitane in the this paper.4,10-dinitro-2,6,8,12-tetraoxa-4,10-diazatetracyclo-[5.5.0.05.903,11"]-dodeacane(TEX) was synthesized with glyoxal and amides in the Methylimidazolium cation acidic ionic liquid, and the purity and overall yield of TEX are 99.6% and 46.22%. Besides, we studied the feed ratio, pH and temperature on the yield of 1,4-diformyl-2,3,5,6-tetrahydroxypiperazine(DFTHP).Currently the cage compounds such as CL-20 were based on small molecule compounds as raw materials into a cage reaction without rule. So this paper proposes a synthetic method for the cage-type compounds, which is based on the oriented intermediate, and then synthesize the target product by Mannich reaction. This method improves the controllability and purpose of the reaction into the cage.Research by design of 3,5,12-trialkyl-3,5,12-triazawurtzitane, we found that as the hindrance effect of carbon ring itself makes the structure of the target product unstable and difficult to separate. Therefore, we designed Melamine from urea, or 2,4,6-tricarbonyltriazine as the intermediate, then synthesize new cage compound 3,5,8,10,11,12-hexabenzyl-3,5,8,10--11,12-hexaazawurtzitane by Mannich reaction in this paper. |
