| In all fields of the mechanical manufacturing industry, bar shearing is the first process in the entire technical process flow. The quality of blanking blank section would affect the product quality, yield and economic benefits in the follow-up working procedure directly. With the wide application of modern precision forming process, such as cold extrusion, forging, volume, precision forging and other less cutting technology, the greater accuracy is demand on the blank section roughness, blank ellipticity, section inclined degree and weight error. High speed bar shearing machine is a bar cutting equipment which can improve the section quality. And its design and development provide very favorable conditions for future mass production of high quality shaft.This paper absorbing the domestic and foreign-related advanced theory and practical experience of bar shear technology and basing on the electro-hydraulic hammer high speed forging as the theoretical introduces the design and development of high speed bar shearing machine. Based on the theoretical calculation, the main technical parameters of shear machine is determined. According to the working principle of shear machine and taking advantage of plug-in valve's characteristics of larger discharge, a quick draining oil hydraulic system is designed and the appropriate hydraulic components are selected. On the basis of main technical parameters, the design of boosting cylinder and the major parts is completed, such as the piston rod, the piston, etc. Boosting cylinder is a high speed equipment. And after bar cutting is completed, the speed of the slide block is still high and need cushioning to reduce. This paper introduces the design of damping hole buffer model and simulate the boosting cylinder buffer process to determine optimal size of damping orifice using AMEsim software. As radial constraint can improve the cut stick material quality of cross section, this paper designs sleeve type shearing mold, and optimize the design of blade which is the core component of shearing mold using the ANSYS finite element analysis software, and it achieves the perfect combination of strength and economy. In addition, the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks is used to design the rack and ANSYS software is used to static analysis frame, which ensure the strength and stiffness can meet the requirements.This paper uses modern design method and idea, applies CAD / CAE technology, adopts the "four steps" design principle which includes the analysis, design, simulation, and design, which reflects the application of modern design concept in modern mechanical product design. It has a very strong extension, provides guidance for the research and development of high-speed precision shearing equipment and the shearing machine has strong market competitive ability. |
