Research Of The Compound Of Net Lotion For Polyester/Cotton Fabric

Polyester-cotton blends yarn-dyed fabric is a very important material in textile,which keep it's soft Characteristics when the join of Polyester Component increase it's strong force. Reduction wash and soaping is necessary for polyester dyed by Dispersal dyes and cotton by Reactive dyes, the process of which require a great quantity of water, energy, time and Chemical materials. In addition, Used as reductant, the sodium hydrosulfite not only have many problems in transport, storage and security but is also one of the major source of the pollution. It's more and more valued to develop new type washing agent which is friendly to environment and works with less water, energy and cost.After referting to numerous studies and application we select some recognized surfactants and prominent macromolecule as the research object. Finaly according to the spectrophotometry of the net lotion after washing and after the process of being Infected of fibre we confirm the composition and the proportion:AEO-9 is 66%-85%, PVP is 3%-6%, SDS is 2.5%-13%, MA-AA is 3.5%-13%. Then we test the effect of the application of the new net lotion formed by the experiment by consequence of spectrophotometry, K/S, rubbing fastness and Soaping fastness. After the process of application contrast to reduction wash and soaping we can say:the product have pleased effect to Polyester-cotton blends yarn-dyed fabric dyed by Dispersal dyes FB and Reactive dyes B-2BF, have the same result to the fabric dyed by Dispersal dyes and Reactive dyes except the Soaping fastness, and have unsatisfactory effect to the fabric dyed by Dispersal dyes and Reactive dye.
