With the rapid development of the chemical fiber enterprise, a lot of waste water has been produced. Reclaimed water reused in cooling water system becomes a crucial step to save energy and reduce emissions, improve the social benefits, environmental benefits and economic benefit in chemical fiber enterprise.According to the characteristics of the reclaimed water of chemical fiber, COD and ammonia nitrogen and heterotrophic bacteria are researched in this paper. The influence on the corrosion of the carbon steel and heterotrophic bacteria growth in solution with different concentration of COD are researched in this paper; and this paper also researched the corrosion of the carbon steel in the solution of ammonia nitrogen. Through the experiment of corrosion and sterilization experiment,it search for the right corrosion inhibitor, fungicide used in the circulation system. According to the laboratory research and practice experience,try to develope a set of scheme to control the make-up water be used in industrial recirculating cooling water system, and applicate the scheme in the industrial recirculating cooling water system of chemical fiber Co. LTD.It is proofed that this scheme can make the circulation system operate safely and stably.
