Due to the fast development of heavy oil production and off-shore oil exploitation, the research of SP flooding produced water has been paid more and more attention in recent years. This paper analyzed the effect of newly developed polymer and surfactant on the stability of heavy oil SP flooding produced water. We used dozens of different types of demulsifiers to evaluate heavy oil SP flooding produced water, and ZY-02's effect was obvious. Experimental results showed that:polymer at low concentration was in favor of the demulsification of flooding produced water, while high concentrations will enhance the stability of flooding produced water. The stability of emulsion increased significantly under the interaction between polymer and surfactant, as well as cosurfactant.Ultrasonic and microwave reducing the treatment time and the demulsifier amount of flooding produced water. The optimum ultrasonic condition:frequency 40 KHz, power 60 W. Suitable microwave conditions are power 300 W and time 3 min. Using HA1 and MDI as raw materials to synthesize HR type demulsifiers and then made structural characterization. Appropriate MDI and HA1 quality ratio is 5% in the cross-linking reaction of making HR11. HR-2 is compounded by HR11 and HQ-1 by 7:3(v/v), In the SP flooding produced water (with the concentrations of surfactant and polymer are both 800 mg/L), when the dosage of HR2 was 100 mg/L, Oil removing rate of SP flooding produced water with oil content of 2500 mg/L can achieve 90.9% by 3 min microwave and 90 minutes settling at 45℃.The combination of microwave and flotation strengthened emulsion breaking of composite flooding produced water, which can reduce oil content from 2500 mg/L to 45.1 mg/L (the polymer and surfactant concentration were both 800 mg/L); 800 mg/L to 10.2 mg/L(the polymer and surfactant concentration were both 500 mg/L).
