| As a kind of renewable energy for replacing diesel, biodiesel has a bright future for application. The tropical and subtropical regions are rich in resources of oilseed, and they can provide sufficient raw materials for biodiesel production. However, it is difficult to form large-scale production because the resources of oilseed in these regions are dispersed, large radius recovered and not standardized. The existing biodiesel production has a long process, and requires large equipment. Thus it can not be applied directly in tropical and subtropical regions. Distributed biodiesel equipment catering for regional characteristics was developed for the effective use of oil resources of tropical and subtropical regions. The paper research the biodiesel technology to match the characteristics of the distributed devices, integration of the process to achieve the combination of the multi-functional unit.Developing a distributed biodiesel production plant with the characteristics of animals and vegetable oils as feedstock, high degree of automation, simple operation, removable and compatible with the surrounding facilities.First, in order to achieve the integration of the biodiesel process, the biodiesel production process was studied, including the following aspects: (1) The factors affecting the conversion rate of transesterification was studied to obtain the conditions of transesterification: reaction temperature 60℃, 1.0% catalyst, methanol to oil molar ratio 6:1, at least reaction time 90 min. The biodiesel conversion rate is 96.01%. (2) methanol recovery experiment: operation temperature of methanol recovery is 80℃, methanol recovery is 98.05%, the methanol can be directly used to transesterification in this temperature. (3) Under the gas flow rate was 50 mL/min, the parameters of bubbling washing were studied, obtained the parameters of bubbling washing: Water temperature 50℃, washing time 15 min, biodiesel and water ratio2:1, at least washed 3 times. The experiment results are in line with GB/T 20828-2007 "Biodiesel blend stock(BD100) for diesel engine fuels " standard required by the content of free glycerol in biodiesel is less than 0.02% of the standard, the free glycerol in biodiesel residues were 0.019%. (4) It is difficult to determine the end of the transesterification reaction in the actual production. This paper explored the method of viscosity and density to determine the end of the transesterification quickly. The results show that: To calculate the conversion rate of the transesterification reaction, the error of the Viscosity method is about 2.5% or less, the density method error is less than 7.1%.Second, based on the above research, biodiesel production process was integrated into three main units: response recovery, washing separation and drying refined. The production of 40L / batch of biodiesel were taken as an example of a distributed design process of biodiesel production. The production of biodiesel was tested in line with requirements of the national standards GB/T 20828-2007 "Biodiesel blend stock (BD100) for diesel engine fuels ". Finally, the cost of distributed biodiesel products and the prospects of distributed biodiesel were estimates. The distributed biodiesel production costs 7440 yuan/ton, which is slightly lower than No. 0 diesel sales price.The application and development of distributed biodiesel are deserved to be developed. |
