Magnetic Molecularly Imprinted Polymer Microsperes is a new technique for the prepared by encapsulating inorganic magnetic particle with molecularly imprinted polymers.Magnetic MIPs not only exhibited certain magnetic response to external magnetic fields, but also showed higher recognition selectivity for the guest molecule of MIPs. The magnetic polymer adsorbing analytes can be easily collected from the complicated system by an external magnetic field without additional centrifugation or filtration, which makes separation easier and faster. Because of its large surface area, and unique physical and chemical properties, it has been widely applied in many fields such as enzyme immobilization, cell separation, drug delivery. At present, magnetic molecular imprinting technology applied in the active components in Chinese medicine isolation and purification are not many.In this study, gastrodine and Sophoricoside were firstly chosen as template molecule, The PVP used as dispersant, the MMIPs has successfully been prepared in the DMF solvent. The surface morphology and the magnetic properties of MMIPs were characterized by scanning electron microscope and vibrating sample magnetometry,the absorption was characterized by UV.(1) Using Baicalin as template molecule, the polystyrene particles as seeds, MIPs was prepared by single-step swelling and polymerization method in the DMF solvent. The MIPs were characterized by SEM and UV. The results showed that:The microspheres were uniform diameter and had good dispersion. The obtained polymers were porous, the cavities are of benefit because they can absorb more Baicalin molecule than Baicalein.(2) Gastrodine as template molecule, Fe3O4 particles as magnetic carriers, The PVP as dispersant, DMF as solvent, the Gastrodine -MMIPs was successfully prepared. MMIPs were characterized by SEM, VEM and UV. The results showed that the Gastrodine-MMIPs were porous, with small cavities between larger ones, and had superparamagnetic property. The magnetic saturation value of MMIPs is 8.797 emu·g-1.(3) Sophoricoside as template molecule, Fe3O4 particles as magnetic carriers, the PVP as dispersant, DMF as solvent, the AM as function monomer. Sophoricoside-MMIPs were successfully prepared. MMIPs were characterized by SEM, VEM and UV. And the MMIPs applied in extraction of Sophoricoside from the Chinese medicine Fructussophorae. The results showed that MMIPs have high absorption rate for template molecules because their binding sites can be accessed more easily. And have enough magnetic response to meet the need of magnetic separation.
