| People feel comfortable when they wear the clothing made of cotton,for cotton fiber has mang excellent properties such as softness, regeneration, hygroscopic property.However,because of its excellent hygroscopic property,it can easily provide humidity and nutrition for bacteria to reproduce.When the time is ripe,the bacteria will reproduce and spread. When multiplying in cotton fabric, micro-organisms not only cause physicochemical degradation such as mechanical strength loss, and foul odor generation, what worse, it may adversely affect human health.So the purpose of thet work was to adopt copper ammonia to finish cotton fiber to provide cotton fibre with antimicrobial property.Copper ion is microelement to human body and heavy metal iron,so using it as finishing agent should limit the release content of copper from the treated cotton.To reach this goal,the research introduced citric acid to crosslink cotton fibre.At first,this thesis made up 0.1M/L copper liquor to treat with cotton fabric,then used FTIR and XPS to analyse its strcture;used SEM to observe its surface; measured and analysized its performances.The results indicated that the cotton fabric had excellent antibacterial performance,excellent anti-UV performance and excellent washing fastness.Compared with untreated cotton fabric,the treated cotton had better thermal stability and absorbency,mechanic property changed a little,but the release content of copper from the treated cotton fabric badly overtook national standard.In order to limit the release of copper ,the thesis introduced citric acid to crosslink cotton fabric.then the thesis adopted FTIR and XPS to analyse its strcture; used SEM to observe its surface;used orthogonal test method to get a better treating condition.After that,the thesis made a study of the crosslinking cotton fabric in the aspect of absorbency , gas permeabitity,moisture regain,fabric drapability.The reasults indicated that the crosslinked cotton had better thermal stability, absorbency, moisture regain and drapability,but gas permeabitity reduced.At last,the thesis used copper liquor to finish the cotton which had been crosslinked by citric acid,and the fabric was measured and analysized in the aspect of strcture,surface morphology, antibacterial performance, anti-UV performance,washing fastness,thermalstability,absorbency,mechanicproperty,moistureregain,gaspermeabitity, fabric drapability and the release copper from the cotton fabric.The findings showed that the finished cotton fabric had good antibacterial performance,good anti-UV performance,good washing fastness.In comparision with the untreated cotton fabric,the finshed cotton had better thermal stability and absorbency,moisture regain and fabric drapability changed a little, gas permeabitity and mechanic property had reduced,but can greatly limit the release of copper from the finshed fabric. |
