It usually assumes that the material doesn't occur macrography plastometric set when it suffers less than its off set limit pressure. Actually this is not so. Such as industrial pump, valve and punch-cum-blanking die and so on. It gives rise to part failure.For example crackle and rupture. Therefore it is significant to research the failure behaviors and regular patterns at this working condition, which can enhance the lifespan and cost reduction. Finally, it can increase the reliability of the system and safety.It selects the sample of the T10 carbon tool steel,which usually used in the fields of cutter and mold die in this thesis. After inflicting the different heat treatment to T10 carbon tool steel, it analyzes the experiment of the low stress repeated by home made fatigue machine.To observe the macro-deformation effect at the direction of the height, which utilizes the metallographic and the softer ware of jade5.0 to comparative analysis the sample. Also it discusses the mechanism of the low stress of macroscopic plastic deformation accumulated.Tests show that in the context of the impact collision load about the eighth offset limit (yield limit equal 820 MPa), the macroscopic plastic deformation of the sample principal change step-like .With the blow counts addition, the macroscopic plastic deformation of the sample is diminishing as well as average strain rate. And all along the layer depth addition, the deflection of the sample is declining. When the layer depth subjoin to the certain value, the check bar has no longer morph. At the same time, the hardness value of the sample has change. It mainly manifest in blow count. With the blow count increasing, the hardness value of the sample become largen and more near the sample surface subjoin more obviously.The surface microstructure lattices have become large when the test before and after. And it's normal for the crystal grain is stretched or parted by the impact low stress. Owing to the dislocation of the inner of the crystal grain release numerous dislocation. They along the gliding plane slippage at the shear stress till suffer the bafflement of the secondary carbide which make the hardness value become bigger as well before the carbide it form the dislocation group. Those groups lead to macroscopic plastic deformation.It adopts jade5.0 to analysis the macroscopic plastic deformation of the sample. Via the parameter variation of the micro-strain, microscopic stress and phase retrieval .The results show that the micro-strain of the crystal produces the slippage and crystal twin. It usually called the plastic deformation in the normal temperature. The large scale of micro-strain turns into the micro-stress and the micro-strain is the manifestations of the microscopic stress.
