| Nowadays the panels of many Chinese products, such as televisions and monitors, are produced by injection molding. After that, the panels are covered with plastic wrap to protect the high-gloss surface. Then they are sent to the assembly plant to print LOGO on the panels. And then dry the LOGO and sticking films on the panel. Although this working procedure is completed by the assembly line, a lot of workers are needed and the labor costs are high. And as it is manually operated, the consistency is not as good as the automation. In this paper, a new integrated printing, drying and sticking films'machine is studied. With this equipment, the panels can be directly processed and put into storage after injection molding, without being sent to the assembly plant. In this way, a lot of time and labor costs are saved, and the production efficiency are also improved. In this paper, the printing method is chosen. The advantages and disadvantages of screen printing and pad printing are studied respectively. The drying process is analyzed by simulation software to see the distribution of the temperature on the panel, and the results are compared with the experimental data. The problems that the films are over stretched and the films will sometimes be brought to the rollers are studied, and both the reasons and the ways to solve them are found. The experiments prove that these methods can solve these problems. The research shows that the new integrated printing, drying and sticking films'machine can realize automation and save a lot of labor costs, together with improving the productivity. The simulations are all proved by the experiments. The results of this paper have important significance to the processing of the panels of many devices in printing and sticking films. |
