Synthesis methacryloyl ethyl diethyl phosphoric amide with phosphorus trichloride, absolute ethylalcohol, carbon tetrachloride, monoethanol amine, methacryloyl chloride . Characterize the flame retardant with IR and NMR .The product was applied to emulsion oil-in-water . Reseach the diffient condition of emulsion and test the grain diameter of latex emulsion and stability. And using the atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) method for graft copolymerization of silk. The effects of various parameters on grafting modification of silk were studied . Such as temperature , time , the dosage of monomer and initiator , pH Value, catalyst concentration and so on . Then the grafting technics was optimized.Furthermore , the application performance of grafted silk was studied in the paper , such as ,LOI , the length of carbon , the whiteness , mechanical performance , the flammability . Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), wide-angleX-raydiffraction patterns(WAXD) , scanning electron micro graph photographs(SEM) , nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and TG were done to study the structure of grafted silk . And study the performance of weak acid dye on modificated silk .
