Food is the survival and development of human material foundation. Food safety and human's health and survival development are closely related. With the development of agriculture and pesticide research progress, pesticide kinds were increasing and practical scope expanded. They also brought some problems of pollution on the agricultural and food. At present, the domestic and foreign food safety accidents were reported, which repeatedly serious threat to human health. Thus, pesticide residues detection of food has been becoming more international hotspot.First of all, the article summarized different kinds of pesticides' domestic and foreign research development. These pesticides were organic phosphorus pesticide residues, pyrethroid pesticide residues, organic nitrogen pesticide residues, organochlorine pesticide residues and insecticide and fungicide pesticide residues.The United States, the European Union, the Japan and China's formulation different kinds of pesticides of the research to remain limits the quantity. The article also summarized matrix solid-phase dispersion and its domestic and foreign research development. The article proposed the present paper research content.Secondly, to 10 kinds of matrix of the cabbage, the corn, the pear, the carp, the potato, the purple sea cabbage, the chicken breast, the shiitake mushroom, the green onion and the spinach,19 kinds of organic phosphorus pesticide residues,28 kinds of pyrethroid pesticide residues, 15 kinds of organic nitrogen pesticide residues,15 kind of organochlorine pesticide residues have been conducted in the research. A method, which is matrix solid-phase dispersion(MSPD)-gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS) examination method, is established.9 kinds of insecticide and fungicide pesticide residues also has conducted the research. A method, which is matrix solid-phase dispersion(MSPD)-Ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) examination method, is established.The recoveries of different methods were between from 70.0% and 120.0%, and RSD were less than 18.38%.Finally, supermarket-based foods were detected by these methods. The results showed that the supermarket food which detected the content of different pesticides of the research are less than the European Union and China limits. |
